- Save is done after thanks u not before
- After save page should close (clicking another save adds new recored ). at least hide the save button
- output sheet should have one header row
- the config file should be changed to excel
- there is no way to know which buttons was clikced (we store only answer fro questions )
- there should way to add label without check box
- there should be possbility to add diffrent types other than checkbox

- create registration account on submission
